[There were some delays in Aymeric's plans to move out of the starter apartments, but he finally decides to properly ask E'kayan on a date house hunting trip. One of the places that interested him was Coldreach, so he's waiting in fron of the Observatory since it's easy to spot.
Currently he's making sure he has the right addresses on his device. Every now and then he thinks about how convenient these things were even for things like these.]

The first house is a humble one, with only one floor but three bedrooms and a big kitchen. It's actually got a fireplace too, which caught his attention. Something about them is just calming.]
